Terms of Service

Early access

Precue is in early access. Features may change, be limited or occasionally be unavailable while we build. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access by any particular date.

Who can use Precue

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use Precue on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Tell us right away at hello@precue.io if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

Connected accounts

When you connect Google or Microsoft, you give Precue read only permission to access your calendar and email so we can prepare your meetings, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can remove that permission at any time. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.

Your content

You own your data. You give us a limited permission to process it only to provide and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never use your data to train AI models and we never sell it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

AI generated content

Briefs, profiles, talking points, audio and practice sessions are generated by AI from your data and public sources. They can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it. Precue is a preparation tool, not professional, legal, financial or investment advice.

Pricing and payment

Joining early access is free. Before you are ever charged, we will show you the price clearly and ask you to agree. Paid plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not add seats or charges without your approval.

Our property and your feedback

Precue, its design, software and brand belong to us. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Precue without any obligation to you.

Ending your use

You can stop using Precue and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we need to protect the Service or other users. If we discontinue Precue, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
